Steak Tempe ala-ala

Material:
– 2 pcs of tempeh
– 1/2 tsp powdered broth
– to taste flour seasoning.

How to make:
– cut tempeh, steam briefly and mash.
– Add the powdered broth and 2 tablespoons of seasoning flour to the td-mashed tempeh, stir well.
– Take a little of the Tempe mixture and shape it a little flat like the one in the photo, Bun. And coat the spices flour, do it until the dough runs out. And fry in hot oil.
